Tennessee Still on top of ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 25 Poll Oklahoma City---After week two of the college season five teams in the ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 25 Poll remain unbeaten and are ranked in the Top 10 this week. The top five remains the same with Tennessee leading the way with a perfect 9-0 record but Texas A&M jumped to No. 2 while Arizona State slipped to No. 3 despite a 13-0 record. Arizona is No. 4 with a 9-2 record while Alabama ranks No. 5 with a 10-0 record. There were three newcomers to the top 10 with Stanford (9-2) moving up from No. 12 to No. 8, No. 13 Louisiana Lafayette (12-1) moved to No. 9 and No. 14 Oklahoma (10-0) jumped to No. 10. No. 17 California tumbled from the Top 10 after a posting a record of 3-3 this weekend that included two losses by the run-rule to Mississippi State (9-0) and Northwestern (10-1). Despite a run-rule win over California, Northwestern (6-4), who dropped their final game at the Louisville Slugger Desert Classic to Cal Poly (8-2), slipped from No. 8 to No. 13 this week. UCLA also fell out of the Top 10 to No. 14 after picking up their fourth loss of the season, an 8-1 setback to Oklahoma State. No. 25 Oregon entered the poll for the first time this season after stretching their win streak to eight games this past week while DePaul fell out of the rankings despite not playing this week.
